Sealed Description: His blade looks normal of that of a katana in black and dark violet cloth wrapped around the handle. The blade itself glows violet when Shuei holds it during combat. The oval is shaped like a diamond as well.

Description:


Ultimate Ability: Ventoso - Shuei will summon up winds of tornadoes and typhoons all around the area at all surroundings with a hurricane above their heads. At this time he is able to control the winds at their highest peak with his reiatsu and is able to cut, destroy, and rip apart just about anything. This lasts for 4 posts and has a 6 cooldown.

Techniques:

Violeta Cero: Shoots a violet color cero from his hand(s) that is stronger than most normal ceros. Will deal more damage if it is used with the blade, meaning if the cero comes out of the blade it will be faster and stronger. Cannot be used during Resurrection Form. [Post: 1(To charge and attack) Cooldown: 1(2 if it used with the blade)]

Matamoscas: Shuei is able to call winds around himself for a period of time to protect himself from any physical-type attacks. It may also increase after each post but it will increase cooldown as each post is increased. [Posts: 3, Cooldown: 2(Maximum cooldown after each increase of power is 6)]

Ala Izquierda: With his left wing, Shuei is able to dispel or repel any kidou or slash attacks that are weak. [Posts 1(To use), Cooldown 3]

Rompe Mi Alas: Using his reiatsu around his wings, they would disperse into feathers that form into his blade in it's sealed form. Once this is active he cannot change his wings back to normal and his speed, strength, and reiatsu increases for the rest of the match since his wings held his reiatsu as storage. This also activates any alternative skills.

Chilldo: Placing the tip of his blade on his mouth, Shuei will create a sound all around the area disturbing their senses but mostly hearing. Cannot use during Ress.

El Cielo: Shuei will soar off into the air at unbelievable speed unlike Sonido and Shunpo by using his wings and reiatsu. He will attempt to attack the oppenent twice. [Posts 2, Cooldown: 4]

Matamoscas: Alt - When Rompe Mi Alas is active, this is the alternative skill for Matamoscas. During this time Shuei can create typhoons or tornadoes out from his blade. [Post 1, Cooldown 1(2 if Tornado is used)]

Vientos Grande: Summoning winds around himself, Shuei will create a gigantic ball the size of a pillar of pure winds that can be seen in a wave-like form that will be launched at the target. [Post 2(1 to charge), Cooldown 3]
