Command: (What command when you call your zanpaktou)

Family: (Choose only one type of family)
-Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning, Ice/Snow, Metal, Shadow/Dark, Light/Holy, Gravity, Illusions, Poison, Nature, Neutral(it means no element), etc.

Level: (If is it shikai or bankai. NOTE: Read the zanpaktou rules if when you can gain bankai. Captain Seats are exemption.)

Sealed Zanpaktou: (How does your sword look in its sealed not released state)

Shikai: (how does your sword look it shikai)

Shikai Ability: (What ability does your blade gain at Shikai)

Bankai: (For Captains, and Legendary Vaizards only! - What does your blade look like in Bankai)

Bankai Ability: (What ability does your blade gain in Bankai)

Rules in making Techs:
1-99 posts: 3 techs
100-199: 4 techs
200-299: 5 techs
300-399: 6 techs.... and so on... you can add more techs as your post goes up.
